Shipping
We make shipping simple and reliable. Here’s what you need to know:
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
Processing Time
- We ship orders via USPS on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Items will be shipped within two business days of processing.
- If the expected shipping date falls on a holiday, items will be shipped the following business day.
Pre-Orders
Please see the Pre-Order Details tab on the pre-order product you purchased. There you will find the shipping estimate. Please note that the shipping estimates are just that... estimates. While we do our darndest to get an accurate ETA, the logistics companies and manufacturers don't always meet their end of the deal. We will always aim to beat our estimate and should any issues arise we will let you know ASAP. Thanks for your patience!
Delivery Information
- We ship within the U.S. to residential, business, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS
- Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.
Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on shipping method and address.
- Free standard shipping for orders over $150.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships.
International Shipping
- We ship to select countries outside the U.S.
- International shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
